Partnership Approach

I start the discovery call process by listening. My goal is to understand your talent and culture challenges, and what we are truly solving for. From there, we begin discussing partnership options that best meet your needs, which are listed below.

  • I partner with business leaders and their leadership teams to ensure their people/HR strategy is aligned with and supports the long-term business objectives of the organization. Depending on the needs of the organization, my partnerships range from serving as an external advisor to being a fractional leader such as Chief People Officer or Chief Learning Officer. I also have a network of functional and industry experts that I’m able to tap into when needed.

Investing in an inclusive culture that prioritizes people and collaboration drives business impact. The businesses that understand this are the ones that will come out ahead. Working with clients that understand this is important to me.

  • I deliver custom trainings and workshops at leadership offsites, corporate-wide functions, and sales kick-offs and conferences, including women’s leadership conferences. I also facilitate leadership offsites, board and strategy meetings, and high-level brainstorming sessions.

    Previous topics have included:

    • Growth mindset and coaching

    • Essential communication skills (i.e., listening with empathy, identifying and flexing to different communication styles, improving your EQ, etc.)

    • Navigating difficult conversations (i.e., delivering feedback, bias awareness, etc.)

    • Critical thinking skills (i.e., problem solving – diagnosing the problem behind the problem, understanding root cause drivers, not jumping to the solution, etc.)

    • Change management tools and frameworks

I also host regular workshops in-person in the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC, metropolitan area for women leaders looking to strengthen their communication skills and connect with other local leaders.

More information on my trainings and workshops here.

  • I have a team that partners with executive education programs to design trainings for the private equity sector. We start the instructional design process with understanding target audience needs and identifying the knowledge/skill gaps. The end product is training content that covers complex subjects with easily digestible learnings and is visually appealing and crisp to the eye. Course examples include Introduction to Private Equity, Operational Due Diligence and ESG Considerations for the Limited Partner.
